Two outsiders from northern Sweden writing songs about tension, misalignment, and what happens when something small tips the balance. There’s always a thin line between awkward and anti-social, trivial and terrifying.
The eccentricly raucous focus track “Gun Control” captures that exact instant: you're at a party, probably by mistake, some fool turns down the volume right before the peak moment "to hear the conversation".
The night takes a turn, the forbidden thoughts surface, and something slips sideways.
It's dark-sided pop noir torn from a pulp paperback, twangy and melodic, fused into a crooked strain of classic rock romanticism.
A reminder to never let your wine-drunk word salads get in the way of the Beach Boys.
